30 in 30 Challenge: Piece #7

Hope you are having a good Saturday. This morning I finished painting # 7 for the challenge. It is another 5x7" on watercolor paper using my boyfriend's photography. I just love this birdhouse so I painted it again, last time it was in oil, if you remember. My favorite parts of this one are the dark shadows in the wood and I'm actually happy with how my signature turned out. I always stress a little over the signature.

Since I won't be home most of tomorrow I went "ahead" and painted Sunday's painting. I really love how that one turned out so stay tuned for tomorrow.
